Refund and Return Policy
For non-personalized products, if you are not completely satisfied with our non-personalized products, we are more than willing to offer a free return within 7 days after purchase. The return policy is only applicable to orders placed on the Vetorla official website.
Return guarantee:
- If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, regardless of the reason, we will offer you a one-time unconditional exchange or return service.
- Overseas customers can return or exchange undamaged goods within 14 days after receiving them, while customers in the Chinese mainland can do so within 7 days. We will refund the corresponding amount.
- The shipping cost for return or exchange is borne by the customer.
Exchange:
- The goods must be available for sale in Vetorla, and their price should be lower than or equal to the price of goods that meet the return and exchange conditions.
- The goods must not be worn, used or modified, and their condition should be the same as when they were sold.
- The goods must not have any damage.
- If the price of the selected goods is higher than the price of goods that meet the return and exchange conditions, the customer will need to pay the difference.
- The shipping cost for return and exchange will be borne by the customer.
The company reserves the final decision-making power on whether the goods are in their “original sales condition”.
