01. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The principle “Slow work yields fine products” means that after confirming your order, please be patient and wait for approximately 1 to 4 working days before your goods will be dispatched. If you are in a hurry and need to pick up your goods earlier, you can select the order category and view the relevant charges on the checkout page of the website. The shipping time may vary depending on the country. The following are estimated shipping times*:
Hong Kong: 1 to 3 working days
Taiwan: 2 to 4 working days
Singapore: 4 to 10 working days
Malaysia: 4 to 10 working days
Australia: 4 to 10 working days
Other countries: 5 to 10 working days
These estimated delivery times do not include customs delays, and the receiving location is not in a remote area. If you need to have the goods delivered to a remote location, please note that this may take longer.


02. Are there warranties for purchasing knitted items/metal accessories? If I find any defects on the product, what should I do?


Warranty period: We apologize, but there is no warranty for knitted items/metal accessories as they are fragile items. Please note that loose threads or dust on knitted items are natural phenomena.

03. I just bought some knitted items, but now I don’t want them. Can I return them?


If you wish to cancel or modify your order before payment, please contact us at contact@vetorla.com.
If your order has been paid, we regret that we are unable to cancel or modify your order as each of our knitted items is made especially for you.


04. What should I do if I find that my package is lost?


If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@vetorla.com. We will do our best to solve the problem. Please note that we will not be responsible for the loss or theft of the delivered goods.
